CurrentRepresent developers, pension funds and private investors in connection with the acquisition/disposition of various commercial real estate assets, including development sites, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial sites, condominiums and cooperatives.Represent financial institutions (including insurance companies, and national and international banks) in financing the acquisition, development and operation of retail, office and multi-family residential properties; transactions involved traditional as well as complex financing, including term, construction and mezzanine financing.Manage client contact through all phases of matters and transactions (inception to closing). Draft and negotiate purchase/sale documents, loan documents, organizational documents, and other related business documents and contracts.
