• Manage solicitation and engagement strategies for 7 alumni classes.• Direct 25th Reunion giving campaign and collaborate with Alumni Relations Department to assist with Reunion attendance goals.• Recruit, educate, train and maintain relationships with 100+ volunteer solicitors.• Attend alumni and volunteer events including: Reunion Weekend, Homecoming, donor recognition receptions, and regional club activities. • Manage system/feature development of AG Web - Bowdoin’s web-based online volunteer solicitation resource.• Manage the Annual Giving Department’s web presence and content with IT/Communications Department.• Develop and implement new mobile giving strategies within the Annual Giving model.• Conduct year-end Alumni Fund analysis to assess trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, as well as all client deliverables and associate services. Job responsibilities include: financial planning, database management, human resources coordination, personnel management, technology support, corporate & associate goal development, and management of accounts payable and receivable.

As the program’s Assistant Director, duties included program focus and direction, coordination of weekend and day trips and activities, and seeking fundraising and grant opportunities.
