After graduating from Michigan State University, Arica made her move to Chicago to continue her education and support her, now husband, in his professional football career as a quarterback for the Chicago Bears. Football would eventually take them both to several different cities, states and even a new country, but their love of Chicago always brought them back home. It was also during this time Arica found her own passion, real estate, by becoming an assistant to a broker and then by earning a broker's license herself.Arica has always been drawn to fast paced, highly competitive jobs that center on customer service. Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, entering into real estate was a seamless transition. By becoming an assistant first she was given the unique opportunity to learn the systems and tools it takes to run a successful, client centered, real estate business before starting her own. Relocating to a new city, state or country over a dozen times in the past 8 years also gives Arica irreplaceable personal experience in all aspects of the moving process.Due to Arica's formal education and rare personal life experiences she is able to provide her clients the personalized and exclusive service they require.
