Anna Richardson is an Assistant Real Estate Controller in CBRE Chicago’s Asset Services Client Accounting group. In this role, Anna manages multiple real estate accounting teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting to our clients. Her knowledge in real estate and client accounting as well as partnership accounting and corporate taxes makes her a valuable resource for the Asset Services group. Anna joined CBRE in 2014 as part of the U.S. Equities Realty acquisition. She was part of the team that provided the pre-merger financial information and assisted in the financial transition post-merger. CBRE Group, Inc. At U.S. Equities, Anna Richardson served as the Assistant Corporate Controller responsible for managing the Corporate Accounting team, overseeing all accounting operations including general ledger, revenue accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting and taxes. She was responsible for providing monthly consolidated financial statements of the U.S. Equities entities for operations in both the United States and South America. Anna has gained a diverse resume of accounting experience since starting her career with U.S. Equities in 1995 as a Staff Accountant. She continued her profession at U.S. Equities as the Assistant Corporate Controller and played a role in growing the Corporate Accounting group to a team of ten. As her team grew, she established policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls as well as to increase process and technological efficiencies.Through the multiple business units of U.S. Equities, Anna gained knowledge of various real estate transactions including tenant representation, product leasing, advisory services, asset management, development, financing and investment services, marketing, and sustainability services. Her team was also responsible for the financials and taxes for at least a dozen owner related-party partnerships and corporations. In 2015, when the post-merger transition with CBRE was complete, Anna transferred to her current position at CBRE.U.S. Equities Realty is a leading full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Chicago. Description of Services:Jabon: Jabon is a four-piece contemporary jazz combo. Occasionally a vocalist performs a song or two. We perform contemporary jazz and neo-soul cover songs as well as original music from our newly released CD, 79th Street.RC7: The Robert Cornelius 7 is a five to seven piece band that performs a variety of music, including classic soul, funk, rock, R&B, and blues. As one of the well known bands in Chicago, we have performed at numerous street festivals, charitable events, corporate parties, and opened for artists such as Aretha Franklin the Average White Band. DJ Services: We offer a music library of over 8,000 selections, featuring a variety of music, including dance, pop, alternative, rock, R&B, steppers, disco, Latin, jazz, funk, swing and much more. Your guests will have non-stop fun dancing to all the popular party songs. We come early and professionally dressed, and use state-of-the-art DJ equipment.
