I joined the company as an intern and transitioned to full time employment after 6 months. During this time I moved the company's Safety Data Sheet recording system to be fully digital as well as updating to the new OSHA Hazard Communication Standard. As a part of daily operations and production, I was responsible for the programming, calibration, and preventative maintenance of the Automated Optical Inspection machines. This is a critical point in the production line that ensures product is compliant to quality standards. I was also an integral part of product tracking and data analysis to monitor trends in production and process improvement.

I coordinated other technician team members to perform IT services for faculty, staff, and students. During class hours, I was responsible for monitoring and maintaining labs and equipment. Notable projects include event planning for department activities. One such activity was an annual VEX Robotics competition hosted by Liberty University for nearly 300 high school students.
