Responsible for establishing, managing, and expanding achievement gap and summer learning initiatives across the Greater Boston Association by working with the Y-USA, local public school districts and lead community agencies. Responsible for the success of the partnership with local schools, Director and staff engagement, participating in quality assurance.

• The Program Administrator is primarily responsible for administering the management, policies, procedures, and curriculum of the assigned program(s). Essential Responsibilities:
• Provides supervision and support to site directors by multi-faceted means – including, but not limited to, weekly site director meetings, weekly afternoon engagement at individual programs, quarterly health and safety.
• Maintains and oversees all administrative areas of compliance and quality, including Department of Early Education and Care licensing, Department of Public Health licensing (as applicable), the Professional.
• Works collaboratively with branch executives to develop and nurture community relationships with local school leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Ensures the safety and quality of day-to-day operations, including substitutes where needed, staff supervision, family intervention, school connections, and business support.
• Participates in one Operations working group as chosen by interest or assigned by necessity.

The Site Director plans, coordinates and provides supervision of the Out of School Time program to ensure quality services which provide growth in academics, social emotional development and health and wellness. The Site Director ensures focus on programming that promotes healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development.
