I am a proud administrative leader at the University of California, Irvine where care, consideration, accountability, and diversity matter and what I strongly believe in. I am known as many things on multiple UC campuses: an advocate, an advisor, an ally, an analyst, a mentor, a game changer… but I am most proud to be known for my integrity, my ability to effectively teach and lead, my process improvement and problem-solving abilities and general operations management both large and small scale. Successfully navigating my teams and those in need through challenges while creating long-lasting relationships and a closer sense of community is what makes my J-O-B my J-O-Y.
