About Ari Scott

I champion the Human element of Human Resources and possess the rare combination of skills and experience necessary to liberate any HR department from the disconnect that often exists between itself and staff. I'm a process-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives at the administration of human resource policies, procedures, and programs. However, I've also enjoyed a diverse background of work experiences and disciplines of study that create a unique set of assets for any forward-facing position requiring exquisite writing/speaking skills for staff engagement. Not only have I succeeded in the tremendously complex task of HRIS implementation and navigating data transfer, but I've also been hand-selected by multiple departments to spearhead the research and implementation Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, as well as Unconscious Bias training. The marriage of my skills and passions ensure that the staff I serve are never reduced to a number or demographic. This holistic approach is essential as I move my colleagues and workplace into a forward-thinking, equitable and just future. That future can no longer function exclusively in English, so my fluency in Spanish will dramatically increases the markets for which I can serve. Crunching numbers and charismatic interpersonal skills need not be mutually exclusive in Human Resources, so I am fortuitous enough to efficiently excel in both.
