I was managing a team with 24 production employees and have set up several LEAD events to improve productivity and efficiency in the production facilityI was part of the Prodject team to move the production to the new premises in Alkmaar

I developed and managed an after sales service team and an on- site service group for testing hoses. I developed the sales counter in Alkmaar, after this ERIKS have set up a lot of Cervice Centres in NL (close to their customers)I was involved with several LEAD events and movements.
