Project- Installing and maintaining operating environments, - Monitoring these operating environments,- Ensures that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained, followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery,- Responding effectively and speedily to any problems,- Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response,- Providing training and support,- Provides technical support and guidance to Customer,- Works with the team to set SLA criteria for the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure.

Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies, - Managing Supply Chain for Infrastructure Management Services Business Unit for Product lines, - Vendor Management and Delivery Operations for Purchase, - Review of Circle Annual Operational Planning (AOP) for Capex & Opex, - Monitoring the security and availability of data services and measures the performance of computing systems and installs upgrades whenever necessary. - Follow up and resolve issues regarding IT operation, system implementation and maintenance, - Monthly reporting to Manager.

- Installation, Configuration, and infrastructure Networks, - Installation, Configuration & Troubleshoot Mikrotik, - Manage bandwidth shaping using MikroTik, - Installation, configuration and manage Firewall/proxy (squid), - Installation, configuration and manage LTSP, - Installation, configuration and manage FreeNAS, - Create, change, and delete user accounts per request, - Troubleshot, and maintain Mail Server, - Follow up and resolve issues regarding IT operation, system implementation and maintenance, - Make documentation of system and network change, installation, and configuration, - Design Technical IT Requirements (Topology, Technology, Brand Selection) - Monthly reporting to Manager.
