Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of QA automation engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.- Utilize Cypress for test automation framework to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications.- Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and strategies to streamline the testing process and improve overall test coverage.- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes.- Monitor test execution, analyze test results, and report defects to stakeholders in a timely manner.- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in test automation to continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.- Provide technical leadership and expertise in test automation practices, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges encountered during testing activities.
