With nearly a decade of experience at the Directorate General of Taxes in Indonesia, I have cultivated a strong foundation in taxation, appraisal, and collaborative problem-solving. My work involves determining accurate market valuations to drive effective tax assessments, which are critical for optimizing revenue collection. Recognized for my performance, I was awarded Best Appraiser at the Tangerang Timur Tax Office in 2022 and 2023.In 2019, I led a project at the Curup Tax Office, increasing the number of land and building tax objects from 13 to 69, significantly enhancing compliance and local revenue. In addition to my technical skills, I also demonstrated my ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, securing 3rd place in the 2024 National Tax Article Writing Competition held by DDTC, a leading tax research and consulting firm. My article was published in the book “Gagasan Perpajakan untuk Prabowo-Gibran” (Taxation Ideas for Prabowo-Gibran), further solidifying my expertise in the field.As I look to broaden my impact, I am focused on expanding my leadership and strategic thinking capabilities, combining my technical background in taxation with a deeper understanding of organizational growth and management. This will allow me to drive transformative initiatives across both public and private sectors.
