Responsibilities:• Responsible in the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipments such as generator-set, UPS, Precision Air Conditioning, Chiller, Fire Suppression System of Bank Indonesia Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center.• Engage with third-party vendors who maintain the mechanical electrical equipments to make sure the maintenance process executed according to the equipment’s manual and best practices.• Realize capex spending by procuring suitable vendors, monitoring the implementation, and testing commissioning.• Prepare annual capex budget according to equipments lifetime and organisation’s strategy and needs.
