Ariel André \aʀiɛl ˈɑːndreɪ\ is an architect, founder of 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗠 , an architecture, design and research office based in Paris. André’s practice of architecture focuses on fostering social interactions through the integration of popular cultures in design, thereby creating spaces where everyone feels represented and welcomed. 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗠's completed and ongoing projects include an art gallery in Mayfair, London ; a Showroom for a major French fashion house ; an Agriturismo in Sardinia, Italy ; an art installation in Bangladesh ; a digital-only luxury store, and some furniture and jewelry design.𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗠's work has been featured in prestigious publications such as Wallpaper*, Dezeen, CNN, Der Spiegel, Domus, and Arab News.𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗠's clientele includes renowned brands and cultural institutions such as Louis Vuitton, Chloé, Jordan, the Samdani Art Foundation, PAD, and Diriyah Biennale Foundation .--For the past 10 years, Ariel worked as an Architect for world-renowned award winning studios in Paris, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and for the Government in Haiti.‏‏‎ ‎With more than a decade-long tenure at renowned studios, Ariel’s work experiences spans from Paris to Tokyo, Los Angeles to Amsterdam, and governmental projects in Haiti. Prior to founding 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗠, Ariel led design teams at OMA - Rem Koolhaas, where his pivotal role as Architect – Project Director included transformative and research projects such as museums, retail and office buildings in Qatar, as well as landmark developments in France and Spain such as the urban redevelopment of the second biggest business district in Europe (AZCA - Madrid) and a large-scale housing development on the French Riviera (Toulon).
