a) Prepares 3 meals daily for all the crew including the officers and the Captain. Asian and European cuisine is a priority but most importantly the food has a variety and healty selection.b) We are also doing the housekeeping/ provisions/controls the food consumption as specified by the Captain. Maintaining the cleanliness within the galley as per standardstogether with the stores provisionary consumption and checks the tempature of all the refrigerators and kitchen machines in a timely manner. I am also doing the inventory and controls them in a monthly basis and prepares requisition request using the SBM system.c) Complies with safety working environment and follows environmental protection procedure. Familiarizes myself with the galley CO2 fire extinguisher system drill and participates in all safety standards as well as emergency drills. I immediately reports any dangerous situations and deficiencies known that occurs in my day-to-day operations.
