I began my journey in the Mortgage Loan industry beginning September 2020. I handle a high level of confidentiality pertaining to client's financial documents. I perform income-to-debt analysis as part of the prequalification process, and work with my team to make homeownership possible for my clients.

I handled live and voided checks; maintained thorough financial spreadsheets; closed monthly overpayment books; issued refund request correspondence and recouped money owed; effectively communicated with our external audit company in California; problem-resolution skills; worked with several departments to keep company files updated; assisted transition with outsource billing company; provided light tech support for fellow auditors and medical coders.
