I am the systems engineer supporting an internal, mission essential application.I coordinate and facilitate the security approval process and software updates across several programs. I have performed and documented our internal practices to ensure a more streamlined and efficient process. I also assist the team in end user support and testing. Additionally, I serve as the scrum master for 3 different projects, ensuring stakeholder requirements and expectations are met.

LM Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP)Rotation 3: IT Systems Engineer Product owner support, assisting through requirements gathering, analysis, and writing. I was the main point of contact for requirements management for about 4 different projects. I performed stakeholder interviews and translated them into user stories. I conducted reviews with the software developers to ensure requirements were clear for execution. I performed research and created different diagrams to better translate user stories. I also performed user acceptance testing to ensure requirements were met.

LM Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP)Rotation 2: Cyber Software System Engineer I provided proposal support through Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and proposal documentation reviews. I wrote the BOEs for about 15 different proposal efforts. This required analyzing historical data, and collaborating with Program Managers, finance, and SMEs to come up with the best estimate possible. I also provided system engineering support to a program through development and review of test documents, review boards, stakeholder management, and internal team testing.

LM Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP)Rotation 1: System Test Engineer I coordinated and performed enterprise systems testing for multiple programs/stakeholders. I coordinated test requirements based on software updates and stakeholder needs. I ensured configurations were accurate across the system for testing. I collaborated with the team on any issues or bugs.

Around the clock end user support. I would trouble shoot any system or user issues, and escalate as needed. I was a main point of contact between the customer and chief engineer.

I assisted the marketing team to uncover a better understanding of customer needs and interests. Overall, this allowed us to use data driven marketing and become more customer centric. Details below:• Collate data to create an end user dashboard in excel and a user form using VBA: used for reporting, analysis, and refining of targeted marketing campaigns. • Train Product Marketing Managers on how to use the dashboard and manipulate data to fit individual needs. • Manage social media outlets and conduct an analysis on content.• Assist Product Marketing Managers in determining data driven marketing based on survey and social media analysis.
