As a Biology of Aging Ph.D. student, I am fascinated by the science explaining how healthy living, such as diet and exercise, affect how we age and how we can effectively communicate these discoveries to the general public. I am also highly involved in wrestling with experience in competing and coaching, both at high school and collegiate levels.
