Eager to troubleshoot and make life at the office a bit easier!I have worked in the advertising world throughout my career, focusing on client support across various sides of the business, gaining experience at the agency, network, and sales and technology levels. I have a particular interest in international business. In fact, in a previous role, I supported Disney’s global ad sales business, ranging from LATAM and the UK to the Far East, India, and Australia/New Zealand. I currently lead the development of the company’s Salesforce instance to better align with the needs of the Sales organization and the company as a whole. Part of this process includes integrating the platform with the company’s downstream planning system as well as enhancing the ticketing process for everything concerning Salesforce.In general, I support organizations looking to streamline their business operations and make them more efficient. I have a passion for solving problems and seeing projects through from beginning to end, working with a diverse group of people across a multitude of departments.
