About Ariel Hoffman
Currently an Account Executive for Apono. In this role I am leveraging my interpersonal skills, competitive drive, and work ethic on acquiring new logos. I'm in charge of East Coast of US and EMEA. As a former Division I Football player, who then served as a combat soldier for the IDF’s Orev (Anti-Tank) Special Forces unit of the Paratrooper Brigade. Following this, I founded an Athlete Performance Center training professional athletes in Israel before entering the Tech industry. Once you’ve smashed your body into other humans twice your size, jumped out of a few airplanes, and started your own company in a country you did not grow up in (only recently learning the language), cold-calling prospects and implementing a sales process is not so frightening. I approach my work in sales as I did as an Athlete, a Soldier, and a Business Owner. That is, I do not shy away from challenges or obstacles. I look to put myself in uncomfortable situations, so I can develop and provide value to my team and organization as a whole. I work to build relationships with my team to learn from different perspectives and skill-sets, while also leveraging my experience and knowledge to help them in return.
