- Industries: IT, sales, oil & gas, medical device...- Mainly work on talent sourcing: build sourcing strategies, process compliance, develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques and solving problems arising- Interact with Managers/Clients to understand client's requirements and to provide profiles candidates accordingly.- Social Media Awareness for Talent Acquisition strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, other materials etc.)- Upskilling the sourcing team through interview best practice training mentoring.- Host and take part in meetings to understand requirements, share work experience, define what criticality to business, raise issues/ideas to improve process - Support HR in recruitment activities- Interact with other departments
