•Assist the PO and Senior Social Mobilizer (where applicable) in providing support to LGUs toaccomplish and update demand generation and communication microplans;• Coordinate with LGUs and conduct in-person town halls with complementary vaccinationactivities in areas with lowest vaccination coverage;• Ensure implementation of strategies, including coordination with key stakeholders (NationalGovernment Agencies / LGU, civil society organizations, private sector) within the Province /City / Municipality;• Collect feedback and community-level insights through surveys, focused group discussion, orother evidence generation instruments;• Assist the PO and Senior Social Mobilizer (where applicable) in recalibration of socialmobilization strategies based on evidence gathered, including development and localizationof information, education, and communication (IEC) materials;• Apply the same support from COVID-19 vaccines to Routine Immunization activities asdetermined by the CHD;• Other demand generation and communications-related activities as may be assigned by theCHD Regional Director and/or CHD Health Promotion Unit Head;• When necessary, request funds and submit liquidation of expenses with proper receipts.

Plan and implement OHS policies and programs.Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis.Review existing policies and procedures.Adhere to all the rules and regulations.

Processes building permits, business permits.Attends meetings and coordinate with the project update and progress.Make a daily reports of the project activitie, progress, and update.
