Hi, I'm Ariel, and I've recently completed my Bachelors of Information Technology (Computer Science). I have always been fascinated by the technological improvements that happen every day and have always wanted to be a part of it. I'm learning about the fundamentals of these changes and how they alter people’s lives in the real world. I enjoy software development, creativity, productivity, and how to translate the fundamentals into working solutions. With a background in computer science, I've developed skills in technical and business aspects required to design and manage complex IT projects, acquired professional expertise in software modelling, project management and opportunities for technology transformations, and an understanding of the effective blend of IT skills and business knowledge to shape industries of the future. My current interest is in the Machine Learning field as I've come to understand the importance of statistical foundations and their integration with ML in every consumer field. I have demonstrated my technical knowledge in ML through linear models for classification and regression, dimensionality reduction, subspace methods, and deep learning. These are all important in the practical fields such as prediction markets, computer vision, and biometrics.I love learning, and I'm always looking for better ways to solve problems through creative means independently and with others. I work well within diverse groups whose various expertise's adds insight into project problems. Particularly those who are open to innovative solutions and a mindset to work together and independently.
