Current● User Management: Responsible for managing users in SAP ECC (focused on business solutions), Workflow (focused on process automation), and ONESOURCE Global Trade | OSGT (foreign trade management). Activities include creating, deleting, and editing users, as well as granting special permissions based on system usage needs.● Process Automation: In the Workflow system, I provide user support and develop new automated processes. This development involves creating flowcharts, defining forms, routing, and managing the internal functioning of specific processes using JavaScript and SQL to ensure efficient workflow automation.● Web Development: I carry out web development for the company’s intranet using SharePoint, Microsoft's platform for creating and maintaining internal systems. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery, ensuring functional and efficient interfaces for the corporate environment.● Ticket Handling: Most of these activities are managed through support tickets in the ServiceNow tool. Additionally, JIRA is used to manage new developments, such as automations in Workflow or implementing new tools in the intranet.
