Volunteer researcher for International Refugee Rights Initiative, undertaking desk based and field research on the violation of rights of refugees from Burundi and Rwanda in Uganda.

Campaigner on Iraq and Bahrain between July 2015 and June 2016, leading on campaigning and advocacy for both countries for Amnesty International and supporting my team with research, including conducting interviews with those on the ground in Iraq and Bahrain, monitoring human rights developments, providing analysis and drafting public outputs and other materials based on my research.From June 2016- present, I focused solely on Bahrain, solely leading on research, campaigning and high-level advocacy work and representing Amnesty International on panel debates at the UN Human Rights Council, US Congress and UK parliament. I am also Amnesty International spokesperson on Bahrain.I researched and authored a report on Bahrain's human rights oversight bodies, published in November 2015.
