At Carrier, which became a public company in 2020 following the spinoff from United Technologies, Ari led a team in the Corporate Secretary's Office, and prepared, reviewed, and counseled regarding Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, Section 16 reports, and proxy and registration statements. He also managed the company's insider trading compliance program and subsidiary administration. In addition, Ari advised Carrier's investor relations, controllers, treasury, communications, and sustainability functions regarding earnings releases, investor presentations, publications, and other disclosure matters (including Regulation FD and Regulation G). He supported treasury operations with capital markets transactions, counseled on executive compensation disclosures, and prepared and reviewed Board and committee materials.

Ari led a team in the Corporate Secretary's Office, and was involved in preparing, reviewing, and counseling regarding Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, Section 16 reports, and proxy and registration statements. He participated in investor and proxy advisor outreach, and managed UTC's insider trading compliance and subsidiary administration. Ari advised the investor relations, controllers, communications, and sustainability functions regarding earnings releases, investor presentations, publications, and other disclosure matters (including Regulation FD and Regulation G). He identified governance trends and areas for improvement, and prepared and reviewed Board and committee materials.

Before United Technologies sold Sikorsky to Lockheed Martin in 2015, Ari had been leading a 250-person legal department, including 30 attorneys, and supervised compliance (international trade, foreign sales agents, and business practices), litigation, contract negotiation and administration, M&A, and intellectual property protection.

In this role, Ari led a 30-person legal and contracts team supporting Sikorsky's sales to U.S. and international military customers.

Ari led a 20-person contracts team that supported the company's helicopter sales to the U.S. military.
