I received my Masters of Arts degree in Couples and Family Therapy at Antioch University Seattle, where I embraced the opportunity to study the practice of counseling through a systemic, anti-racist, anti-oppression framework. I was a member of the Disability Justice Alliance where I participated in advocacy efforts, presented about disability and ableism, and supported fellow students. I took courses on topics including couples counseling, somatic therapy techniques, disability, neurodiversity, and professional ethics.
