As a Government & Economics Instructor, I design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, focusing on developing students' understanding of governmental structures, economic principles, and their applications in real-world contexts. I engage students through diverse instructional methods, including discussions, case studies, and multimedia tools, to accommodate varied learning styles. In addition to academic instruction, I provide one-on-one and group mentoring to support students' post-secondary planning, including financial aid navigation and career readiness. I also maintain regular communication with parents and counselors to track student progress, ensure academic success, and promote goal-setting strategies.

I employed a variety of instructional strategies, including lectures, discussions, and multimedia resources, to meet the diverse learning needs of students. My role also included assessing student performance through quizzes, projects, and essays, providing timely feedback to promote academic growth.In my role as Athletic Program Coordinator, I led a diverse team of over 50 student-athletes and managed a staff of six coaches. I was responsible for recruiting staff, assigning roles, and overseeing program operations to maximize success. I facilitated regular performance evaluations and maintained open communication to resolve conflicts and build a positive, productive team environment. Additionally, I significantly grew the girls' track program from a roster of 20 athletes to over 50, showcasing my ability to manage and scale athletic programs effectively.
