Provide guidance and, through detailed analysis, resolve all budgetary problems. Perform budget work for internal operating programs in support of multiple phases, systems, and programs involved in budget administration including, but not limited to, formulation, presentation, and execution of budget. Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and compile metrics to present to leadership.
