Basically make sure that the network is up and running 100% of the time.Also provide user support to all Call Center Agents. Managing routers and a bunch of switches, firewalls. Also servers like our Exchange Server, ISA server. I also am responsible for making sure all the hardwares can handle the load that is placed on it, and set up and configure any new hardware for new requirements which could be anything from a PC to a Server to a router or firewall.
