I manage and mentor a team of seven, consisting of coordinators and specialists, while serving as a key resource for HR Business Partners and People Leaders during comprehensive investigations into misconduct and policy violations. Additionally, lead training initiatives focused on Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Severances to equip managers and employees with the necessary knowledge. Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws in collaboration with legal counsel, and I partner with various teams to facilitate key HR initiatives, including leadership effectiveness and compliance training. My role also involves supporting performance management, succession planning, and talent planning, as well as analyzing departmental data to provide insights on turnover rates and diversity measures. Finally, I work with the Learning & Development team to create and implement programs that align with business operations.

Running data analytics reports to understand trends and problems, in order to create solutions for the business. Also in charge of facility’s recruitment activities such as: job descriptions, job postings, interviewing, hiring, and new hire orientation. Supports the organizations strategic business development efforts. Responsible for monitoring and improving employee morale, by coming up with creative ways to engage the staff.

Responsible for providing general human resources support to 1200 employees at the local Atlanta Site and supporting multiple locations across several states including Texas, California, Georgia and Oregon . Also in charge of hiring process, from onboarding, provisioning and de-provisioning of employees.
