I am a proud first-generation student studying Biopharmaceutical Sciences and Regulatory Science at Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Currently looking for internships and opportunities in the pharma and biotech industry, focusing on regulatory, medical affairs, and/or outcomes research!For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with the life sciences. Regardless of the career path life would take me on, I knew that I would use my knowledge to engage in the fight against the world's most serious diseases. Within pharmacy, I aim to advocate for inclusion and transparency in drug development, innovation in clinical trial design and regulatory strategies, and improving patient health outcomes. I have the goal of earning a Ph.D. in the future, preferably studying Pharmaceutical Health Outcomes and Policy. My key research interest is to seek if therapeutics are developed with the needs of diverse patient populations in mind—from the lab bench to the drug counter, especially accounting for disparities in healthcare access and utilization.I am passionate about volunteering and serving my local community, specifically within the realms of education, housing instability, and food insecurity. I also love reading, listening to music and podcasts, and drawing!
