I've directed, managed, and mentored leaders and developers across many disciplines in game development, including Audio, Art, Writing, Design, Engineering, Localization, and Production. I've been working in game development in some form or another since 1996. It has been an amazing and challenging journey and I couldn't be more grateful.I am the Founder of Team Audio, a full service audio company from content to code. We connect development teams with the best talent in the industry. The mission is to apply the best practices of in-house game audio development to the freelance world.I'm also the founder of the Audio Mentoring Project, facilitating one-on-one mentoring to new and established game audio professionals alike. This project creates real human connections while also raising the skill level and competency of audio professionals across the entire industry.
