- Joined Legacy IMS Health in 2013 and promoted from analyst to consultant in 2015.- Experienced in providing professional consulting services including Incentive Compensation (IC) business plans diagnostics, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) analytics, and IC strategy development.- Extensive experience with IMS data at Patient, Prescriber, Account and Managed Care level.- Assist business development by leading Proof of Concept delivery and supporting initial SFE strategy design proposals.- Lead system implementation of SFE Suites supporting sales force sizes from 100 to 1,000. - Manage system implementation projects including business requirements gathering and documentation, initial system/database setup, reports and portals development, system configurations, and parallel testing and user training.- Rich project management experience with multiple internal work streams and multiple complex implementation and consulting projects.- Work with senior management on process improvement and identify and design better workflows to reduce processing time.- Facilitate industry benchmark survey and best practice documentation and develop Subject Matter Expertise in sales data analytics.- Train junior level analysts and provide guidance and support on client engagement.
