I have a talent for assisting young adults in their growth and development. Whether it is advising college students, providing individual counseling, or case management I can sit with an individual, listen to their stories, and help them identify and utilize their strengths. It is my privilege to be a safe person during a time of need. I provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space where young adults can navigate their emotions and experiences and bloom into their most authentic, self-compassionate, and fulfilled selves. I strive to instill hope, courage, and sunshine into every individual that sits across from me.
