-Manage the communication and marketing efforts for the Spanish LifeWay Español-Recursos Imprint-Direct the Spanish Resources and Ministry Training strategies-Direct the Spanish Online Training platform, LifeWay Equipa

- Manage a Team of Church Consultants in US and Latin America- Lead conferences related with Church Leadership, Discipleship and Small Groups in Hispanic Contexts- Strategize training projects for published resources - Develop Ministry Relationships

- Lead, develop and maintain the online training platform, LifeWay Equipa, which has thousands of users (pastors and lay leaders).- Manage pastors and church leaders training events, equipping them on how to use or implement LifeWay resources, or training related with leadership and ministry topics.- Produce Training Videos related to the use of our resources (books, bibles, bible studies) and ministry topics to be used in LifeWay Equipa and/or supporting marketing and sales strategies.- Manage the brand strategy for the Fisher of Men Bible, a well known Bible published in Spanish, English and Portuguese.- Co-host Equipados Podcast, interviewing pastors, authors, and key leaders in partnership with NAMB.
