Serve as a main point of contact for public inquiries. Coordinate and oversee department operations including knowledge and understanding of current store policy and procedures and implement changes as they evolve. Assist store director and communicate with multiple team leads to ensure speed and efficiency on various projects. Support the mission of the store by presenting a congenial and professional interface with all customers and co-workers. Assuring that training requirements are completed by their due dates. Responsible for creating and auditing schedules for employees including assignment of work centers, course training, and breaks periods based on daily, weekly, and yearly statistics. Supervise the processing of team/individual evaluation materials and data while ensuring that security and confidentiality of records is maintained at all times.
