Built a strong customer base in community over 6 year period. Provided support to my clients on purchasing decision,product knowledge , warranty and services.Had the opportunity to attended annual comprehensive appliance sales training events, gaining much knowledge on up and coming product from all vendors. Maintained strong relationships with my clients through CRM programs and still keep in touch with many of them currently.In my tenure, I took many steps to help grow the business including approaching contract companies and issuing door to door flyers in my early days.I also developed strong relationships with our delivery, shipping and service companies locally to ensure all parties needs were met and overall world class service for my clients.I thoroughly enjoyed driving weekly promotions and participating in companies sales metric program achieving up to top #20 status in my time of this role.
