Participates in Validation and Verification of new tests and methods. Writes Standard Operating Procedures of new tests and methods. Manages internal department proficiency testing documents. Ensures results are accurate and timely and that work is conducted under best laboratory practice and in compliance with CLIA regulations and other regulatory agency requirements as appropriate.
