As an intern at Urban Growers Collective, I am learning how to grow food and cultivate community in urban settings. I support the organization's mission to address food insecurity, environmental justice, and economic development through urban agriculture and education. I apply my customer service skills from my previous role at iCall Services, Inc., where I handled inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages from various clients and customers. I am passionate about urban farming and its benefits for the health, well-being, and empowerment of urban residents. I am eager to gain more hands-on experience and knowledge in this field, and to contribute to the collective's vision and goals.
