To contribute to SolutionOne's success, I was responsible for all internal and external marketing and communications. From the content and design of our webpage, to the monthly internal newsletter, I managed it all. I ensured that everything with our logo on it shared the same brand look, feel, and message. In 2015 I did a brand refresh, starting with the website. To match the website redesign, I created all new marketing collateral for both pre and post sales exchanges in an effort to more accurately communicate to our customers who we are and what we do. I developed the annual marketing strategy and created all materials needed for each advertising outlet we use which is digital, print, and radio. I also planned and managed SolutionOne sponsored events such a product launches, corporate luncheons, holiday parties, and quarterly meetings.

As a Campaign Manager for the Nebraska Chapter's School and Youth Programs, I was responsible for all aspects of this core campaign for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Nebraska.The goal was to raise as much money as possible through Nebraska and Western Iowa K-12 schools through fundraising for LLS. We had roughly 1,200 schools in our territory and our recruitment goal each year was between 70-80% of all those schools. To recruit the schools to sign up for our Pennies for Patients and Pasta for Pennies fundraisers, I would recruit, hire, and train a team of outstanding telesales reps to call each of these schools and convince them to do a philanthropy/fundraising project for LLS this coming school year. After recruitment, I would actively manage the campaigns of the top 15% potential earner schools, and manage my team of telesales reps who managed the other 85%. We would aim for a completion stretch goal of 80% each year, and we regularly achieved between 70% and 80%. To ensure successful campaigns, I and my team worked directly with school teachers, guidance counselors, principals, and PTAs to design educational and successful fundraising programs for their students, in which we taught the students about blood cancers and LLS, and also about the power of giving back to those in need through philanthropy.Each year we would aim to grow the campaign between 7%-30% while spending as little as possible to keep as many dollars going towards the LLS mission. I would develop the budget, create the prize tiers and work with local vendors to develop the prizes, design the local print, email, and web marketing materials, present the campaign to our board to rally support, and speak at school assemblies to grow the campaign.I won recruitment and completion awards for the 2013 and 2014 campaigns, and was responsible for the highest fundraising year ever for Pennies for Patients at the Nebraska Chapter LLS.

As an Outreach Specialist my goal was to recruit as many schools as possible to participate in one of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) School & Youth Programs. I was given a territory of 300-400 schools, dispersed all throughout Nebraska and Western Iowa, and I would communicate with them 70% over the phone, then 30% though email. I developed my own recruitment script and communication plan which helped establish me as the most successful telesales rep on our team. Once the recruitment period was over I continued communication with our accounts and worked with them to design and successfully implement their fundraising campaigns for the year. After much success as an Outreach Specialist, I was promoted to Campaign Manager of the School & Youth Programs campaign.
