Strategic Communications Senior
Current- Developing and implementing a new strategic communications function for Freddie Mac's primary division to integrate strategic planning, brand strategy, executive communications, internal communications and external communications to drive business outcomes.- Partnering with the executive leadership team to create comprehensive communications strategies aligning their organizational visions with the overarching Freddie Mac Single-Family vision. - Serving as lead communications advisor for the Chief Risk Officer, focusing on executive messaging, external and internal communications, and digital strategy. - Directing the production of leadership town halls and all-hands meetings, including executive speechwriting, PowerPoint presentations, webcasts, video scripts, keynotes, written communications, and project management of the production schedules. - Driving change management initiatives to align organizational resources with client needs. Clearly articulating how the division’s enhanced and reorganized structure better supports client needs based upon continuous engagement and feedback.- Overseeing cross-functional teams to achieve project management objectives through implementation and execution.-Crafting a new communications strategy with executive leadership buy-in to inform and engage 2,000+ employees across functional areas to link individual and team initiatives to division-wide goals. - Leading partnerships with marketing strategy across divisions to successfully roll out new products and maximize promotion of key updates.
