CurrentStrategic Leadership: I Provide strategic guidance and leadership to Delegate Davis, aligning efforts with the overall goals and priorities of the General Assembly.Legislative Support: Coordinate legislative activities, including bill drafting, committee assignments, scheduling, and procedural matters. Keep abreast of legislative developments and provide analysis and recommendations to legislators.Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments and committees within the General Assembly to facilitate communication, streamline processes, and address issues affecting legislative operations.Staff Management: Supervise and mentor staff members, ensuring productivity, professional development, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of legislative agendas, policy initiatives, and strategic plans, in alignment with the priorities of legislative leadership and constituents.External Relations: Serve as a liaison between the General Assembly, government agencies, advocacy groups, constituents, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and promoting transparency and accountability.
