Having completed a 6 month accelerator program deepening my brand development and web design skills, I am currently taking freelance projects. I started ReEarthing Collective with the idea of helping people reduce the amount of single-use plastic waste in their lives through my blog, newsletter and branded reusable products. Through my own process of becoming aware of the plastic pollution problem and my contribution to it, I blogged about my efforts to reduce waste and live more naturally.

What started as a habit of cleaning up the trash I came across while in the city or at the beach, I met Julian Melcer when he saw me pick up a cigarette butt at the beach and place it in a trash can. From that moment on we worked together to organize community and raise awareness about the problem of cigarette butt litter. Clean the Butts was born, under this name we organized dozens of beach cleanups, focused on collecting cigarette butts which were recycled into art. Our cleanups attracted locals and tourists alike, student groups, and corporate teams. We removed hundreds of thousands of cigarette butts from Tel Aviv's beaches.I volunteered my time to accomplish a vast array of tasks to get the project running.- I worked with designers to develop the branding and website, and later on branded pocket ashtrays.- Recruited and managed volunteers.- Wrote content for our social media pages, along with creating and marketing our events.- Collaborated with other environmental organizations such as Plastic Free Israel to run beach cleanups and create trash art, as well as businesses to donate their products or materials to support our cleanups. We received grants from the Tel Aviv Municipality, local community organizations, and tobacco companies for our educational activities. For me, my favorite part of the whole experience was having the opportunity to see how people of all ages were inspired by our beach cleaning and educational efforts and joined us on our mission to make our home a cleaner and healthier place.

I started volunteering with Straw Free Israel when I saw and ad asking for help manning their booth at a job fair. At the event I told people about the initiative, who's goal was to help businesses reduce or eliminate the plastic straws used at their businesses by asking customers if they wanted a straw instead of automatically putting one in their drink. The organization worked with local restaurants and cafes around Israel. The founders eventually asked me to be their Volunteer Coordinator. So I was tasked with recruiting and following up with potential volunteers and allocating tasks to existing ones. During my time there I lead a Straw Free Pub Crawl in collaboration with a local company leading pub crawls.

I owned and operated a seasonal business selling body and hair care products.
