Washington DC-Baltimore Area

• I was the State GIS Specialist/SRIC for the state of Illinois. I oversaw statewide agriculture focused tasks like LiDAR acquisition, Enterprise GIS deployment, and training for the NRI data collection effort.

• I was responsible for the management of a variety of utility operations and water sustainability programs.
• I supervised and evaluated contracts and contractors regarding water/waste/drainage business services for the City of Seattle.
