• ERP implementation project at Empresa Brasileira de Correios ECT, coordination of teams in the implementation of financial modules (Custos e Tributos), Training module with 1200 replicators and coordination of the ERP development team Peoplesoft EnterpriseOne (JDEdwards before and after acquired by PeopleSoft / Oracle) the largest project of this ERP in the world in this period and covered all the states of Brazil, integrating more than six thousand agencies and two Post Offices in five thousand municipalities.• Consultancy on the project for the implementation and updating of the Portal of the largest bank in Mexico, Banamex.• Coordination of the team of Operations and Third Parties, accompaniment of the homologation, production and maintenance of the application used in POS (Point of Sale) for receipt of accounts in 15 states and the Federal District for Banco Santander.
