As the Executive Director of Friends of Bonobos/Amis des Bonobos, I lead a nonprofit organization that supports the conservation and rehabilitation of bonobos, an endangered great ape species only found in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I have been in this role for over five years, and I am passionate about protecting wildlife and empowering local communities.With more than 25 years of experience in development, marketing, management, and activism, I have a proven track record of building community and raising funds for organizations and causes. I have lived, worked, and studied in various countries, and I hold an MBA from the University of Edinburgh and a BA from the University of Auckland.
