  Ariel E. Ronneburger is a partner in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups. She focuses on intellectual property, employment, and energy related matters and has represented clients in eminent domain proceedings, civil rights matters, contract disputes, and in a variety of banking matters. She served as prosecutor for the Village of Garden City from 2010-2012. Ms. Ronneburger's intellectual property experience includes representing clients in trademark and copyright infringement matters in federal court, and advising clients on issues related to trademarks, copyrights, and the protection of intellectual property on social media. She also has experience in the preparation of intellectual property security agreements, securing intellectual property rights as collateral for financial transactions, as well as conducting all due diligence associated with the drafting of such agreements.Ms. Ronneburger played a role in helping the Firm become a registered agent with the Trademark Clearinghouse, and advises clients with regard to registration of trademarks with the Trademark Clearinghouse, securing new top-level domains, and protecting their trademarks from misuse with these new domains. Ms. Ronneburger served as the Chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Intellectual Property Committee from 2015-2018, currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Bar Association, and has been chosen to speak at several national webinars regarding the issue of trademark protection on the Internet.
