• Manage Spare Parts Quotation and Order Management function • Deployment of Central Development function deliverables • Lead implementation actions related to operations related tools and process in own local unit according to global processes and tools -Provide timely and accurate response to quotation requests and sales orders • Manage Global Delivery interface related to quotations and order fulfillment. • Fulfil SC promise (OTD, Quality).• Manage order life cycle (entry, changes, forwarding, invoicing). • Manage customer interface related to orders. • Development of operations in co-operation with Spare Parts centralized development functions. • Coordination of own team -Determining right competence development of spare parts quotation and order management team.
