· Managed the analysis and development of an International Money transfer, using new technologies in the market and open sources software to minimize the inversion and maximize the productivity of the company. · The project included the development of new web-based software using PHP and MySQL database server. · To achieve this objective we implemented a private network over Internet between the main office and several branches, and to assure the privacy of the information we utilize latest encryption technology for all data communications. · We design and implement a database to handle 100,000 transactions per month and over 10,000 clients.

· Managed the analysis, design, and development of new Software that optimize the company operations in the money transfer business, allowing TeleCash Latino save money in operations cost, having more decisions information, and giving better customer services. · Designed and implemented the main database and installed the network servers needed for the project.

· Managed the analysis, design and development of Administrative and Accounting systems used in approx. 56 branches using Power Builder and Sybase SQL Database · Managed and installed Windows NT and Linux servers to support the needs of the company network. · Installed and managed Internet services such as E-Mail, Web Server.

Worked on the following projects using Fox Pro 2.5/2.6 for DOS: Online Appointment Scheduling, Clinical History, Human Resources, and Point of Sale. I participated in the entire life cycle of these systems.
